Howdy!

Before I was thinking in insights and decks, I was racing the clock—literally.

As a Division I swimmer at Boston University, my world revolved around early mornings, double practices, and the quiet discipline of doing something over and over until it clicks. That kind of training teaches you how to stay focused when you're exhausted, how to perform under pressure, and how to show up for your teammates no matter what. Success at that level isn’t flashy—it’s consistent. It’s earned.

That mindset is the foundation of how I work.

Advertising is a team sport, and I know how to play my position. I thrive in fast, collaborative environments, whether I’m supporting a vision or stepping up to lead. I bring structure, energy, and intention to every room I enter.

But strategy isn’t just about frameworks—it’s about people. I’m a connector by nature. The extrovert who dives into conversations, asks the right questions, and builds trust quickly. I don’t just think strategically—I relate strategically. I understand people, and I use that understanding to turn insights into work that resonates.

I’m not here to make noise. I’m here to make meaning.
